This VTCT Level 2 Award in Colouring and Dressing Hair (QCF) is a qualification that has been specifically designed to develop your practical skills in how to colour hair using temporary and semi permanent colour and the art of creatively dressing hair. You will learn a variety of artistic techniques which will allow you to create a range of hairdressing designs using professional products and tools.
The purpose of this qualification is to develop your skills in hairdressing and provide you with the foundation for future leaning, and to enable you to perform your own salon services.
You will learn to develop your knowledge and practical skills in the use of temporary and semi-permanent colours. You will learn how to assess your client’s hair by identifying influencing factors through a variety of consultation techniques. This will enable you to identify the correct products, techniques, tools and equipment to use to suit your clients needs. Part of this service is to provide your client with good aftercare advice. This unit is suitable for hairdressers and barbers.
This course runs for 15 weeks 1 day per week (to be arranged).
Cost of course including certification fees €1200.00. All training materials are supplied during training. (Kit purchase optional.)
Booking deposit €200.00. The remainder can be paid in instalments throughout the course. Deposits can be paid through our website online payment system or by cheque or cash payments.
